AHS controlled area: the movement application process

Dear Colleagues

Please find the most recent updated form for movement applications for permits into the AHS controlled area. Not much has changed, just formatting really and one or two fields (such as date of departure has
been added)

Please also note the change of email address for ALL applications into the controlled area, no matter where in the infected area (rest of RSA) you or your clients are, and no matter which state vet covers
your area.

Please note that one of the application forms must have been submitted before a health certificate for movement has been performed. If your client has submitted it themselves, please check with either myself or
Danielle Pienaar that the application has been received and is being dealt with if you have not already received the State vet permit (which we will send you directly).

Also attached is a handy diagramme to help clients with the requirements for movement into the controlled area and the process to follow.
